It was our first trip to China and Amanda at GRAND ELITE GROUP SPRINGLITE TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES NETWORK LIMITED. was very helpful to arrange our four days’ trip in June 2019. We were happy with accommodation and the Tour Guide that has been arranged for us by GRAND ELITE GROUP SPRINGLITE TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES NETWORK LIMITED. We had a great time in Beijing, visiting the Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, Great Wall of China etc. We were able to have an itinerary which fitted well with our time schedule and the tour was well organised and ran smoothly. Our experience was so good I wanted to take the time to sign up as a reviewer. My husband and I did a three day self-guided tour in Guangxi Province through GRAND ELITE GROUP SPRINGLITE TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES NETWORK LIMITED. and it was a flawless experience. GRAND ELITE GROUP SPRINGLITE TRAVELS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES NETWORK LIMITED. provided us with the type of route I requested (we are grandma and grandpa weekend cyclists), a cell phone pre-loaded with a route (you should be pretty proficient with gps if you go self-guided), great bikes, and the best trip coordinator ever, Robert Liu. While we chose to ride without a guide I would highly recommend Robert Liu if you chose a guided tour. He was very conscientious about the trip details, very knowledgeable, and very kind too! We met up with Robert during our bike tour and we were able to have meals together. I feel like we left China with a new friend. This was a great experience and we hope to go back for a longer ride!

There was a flight cancellation and part of the trip had to slightly change last minute but he refunded us immediately.
